Are you a franchise business?
No, we are a wholly family owned and operated business. The business was established by Michael J Kennedy and his son Michael D Kennedy who have over 35 years combined experience in the plumbing and construction industry.
Do you install domestic / residential drains on new houses?
We specialise in commercial and industrial drainage solutions. However, we are happy to provide you with a free quote for large projects - simply complete the form on the Online Quote page and we'll get back to you.

What specific maintenance services do you provide?
Again, we provide a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic maintenance plumbing services. This may include burst pipes, blockages, roof repairs, replacement hot water services and appliances.
Do you install temporary plumbing?
Yes, particularly for construction sites, we can provide portable plumbing solutions (toilets, kitchens, etc). We can also organise electricians and mechanics to provide an all-round service through a single contractor to reduce complexity and costs.
What insurance level do you have?
We are a Licensed Plumber, which includes insurance cover up to the value of $10m. We can provide you with Certificate of Currency and job references on request.
What are your hourly rates?
Service call which includes the first hour of labour is $85.00 plus GST and every hour after is charged at $70 phr plus GST.
Plant and equipment hire, materials, drain camera and sewer machine will all incur extra charges.
We can provide you with more accurate cost estimate after speaking to you regarding your project requirements.
